RealtyTrac has announced a new agreement to license tax, deed and mortgage information, foreclosure data, and Homefacts neighborhood data to Rapattoni Corporation, a leader in internet-based MLS software. The multi-year agreement will encourage growth and innovation between both companies.
“The partnership with Rapattoni allows us to showcase our ability to deliver accurate and more robust data to a wider audience. Rapattoni has a long record of providing great data and service to its customers. We look forward to growing this relationship as we continue to expand our database of real estate-related information,” said Jamie Moyle, CEO at RealtyTrac. “We have been fortunate as this is one of 14 deals we have closed since expanding our data licensing business earlier this year. We are growing in every direction when it comes to leveraging real estate data that fuels personal, business and policy decision-making.”
“RealtyTrac brings a creative and flexible solution to the data licensing business across a nationwide footprint,” said Stan Marriott, GIS/parcel mapping Manager at Rapattoni. “We have found RealtyTrac to be a highly collaborative partner and the availability of Homefacts neighborhood data made the company a natural selection.”
“RealtyTrac is becoming an important resource to Value Added Resellers and licensees in the industry. Our lack of channel or client-specific conflict with our potential license partners sets us apart from our competitors. We seek to be a business partner to Rapattoni and enable them with the data that is the foundation to making smart business decisions,” said Brian Mushaney, Executive Vice President of Data Solutions for RealtyTrac.
