Comergence hired Corey Przenkop as vice president for business development to help guide its rapid growth. In this role, Przenkop will be responsible for advancing the sales of its REALM for Appraisers tool to appraisal management companies (AMCs) and appraisers.
“In the short time he has been with Comergence, Corey has become an expert on our appraiser platform, and demonstrated he has the expertise and experience to help clients address their compliance concerns,” said Greg Schroeder, president of Comergence. “He has tremendous knowledge of the regulations that affect lenders and AMCs and a passion to work closely with these clients to help them stay in compliance.” In his role as vice president for business development, Przenkop is responsible for nationwide sales of REALM for Appraisers and will report to James Deane, executive vice president of Comergence. Przenkop has a proven 15-year track record of sales success and client-retention skills. He is responsible for AMCs and appraisers nationwide.
“I am excited to join Comergence because the firm has developed the only automated third-party risk-management tools that notify AMCs and lenders in near real time and ensure our clients have the best possible due diligence solution in the mortgage business,” said Przenkop. Prior to joining Comergence, Przenkop served as the director of business development for Accurity Valuation, where he focused on sales and client retention. In addition, he was the liaison between the firm and its client base, including the firm’s social media networking and marketing management.
