Lenders Compliance Group Inc. (LCG) has announced that Matt Strahl has joined the firm as director of compliance solutions to offer a complete range of mortgage-related compliant solutions and consultative guidance to the mortgage industry at large. Strahl will directly support the firm’s clients, while also investigating a variety of potential regulatory compliance needs across a firm’s enterprise. With an extensive experience in mortgage banking, Strahl will join the firm’s subject matter experts in providing residential mortgage risk management.

Strahl has 25 years of lending industry experience representing both clients and vendors in the mortgage finance, lending, insurance, and servicing industries as a VP or national director of solutions. His ability to help clients maneuver expertly through critical phases of growth and stabilization across the lending landscape is one of his core strengths. Strahl has worked on large and small scale projects with a wide range of lenders nationally and has assisted clients in audits and/or investigations by FDIC, OTS, Federal Reserve, and FBI.
