PRMG Adds Michael Skimel and Mauricio Perez in Denver Branch

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG) has announced the recent hirings of Michael Skimel as Denver retail branch manager and Mauricio Perez as retail operations manager. 

Skimel comes to PRMG off the heels of a successful 11-year career with Chase Bank. During his tenure at Chase, he held several positions evolving from being a personal banker, loan officer to lending manager. As lending manager, Skimel was responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, developing and supporting a team of approximately 15 loan officers. There, he managed what came to become the most productive team in the country with a monthly average of over 11 funded units per loan officer in 2011.

Perez also worked for Chase Bank for over four years and has more than 12 years of origination experience with a primary focus on the Hispanic market in the Denver metro area. Like Skimel, Perez, during his tenure with Chase, was a loan officer and then a lending manager where he was responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and supporting a team of approximately 14 loan officers.  Mauricio was also a veteran from Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2005-2007.

In their new positions as branch manager and operations manager, both Michael and Mauricio will be responsible for overseeing all production and operations for the branch and help develop new business opportunities. They will be actively recruiting and reaching out directly to the real estate agent community, attending open houses, scheduling community events, as well as networking with builders and business partners to help build and continue to establish a strong presence throughout the entire Denver area.
