Arny Epstein Joins Pro Teck's Strategic Advisory Board
Pro Teck Valuation Services has announced that Arny Epstein has joined its Strategic Advisory Board. Arny has an accomplished track record as a hands-on technical executive in thriving organizations. He is currently the chief technology officer (CTO) of Verivo Software, where he is responsible for platform architecture, development and product management. He also performed as the CTO of several other software companies, including Liquid Machines, Silverstream Software and Watermark Software. In addition, he served as chief architect at Lotus Development as well as founded other technology companies.

Arny has written several published articles in the Astrophysical Journal and the Journal of FORTH Application and Research. He is the author of two patents on the method and apparatus for managing data sources. Arny received his Bachelors of Science, Masters of Science and PhD in Astrophysics from MIT in Cambridge, Mass.
Pro Teck's Strategic Advisory Board provides strategic guidance as well as oversight of the company's financial and operating performance. The addition of Arny completes the board of advisors, which also includes Wes Davis and Ellen Richstone, who already are making valuable contributions to Pro Teck. Wes is a growth-oriented leader and former CEO of multiple technology companies who has led companies to the top market position by implementing new strategies, changing culture and upgrading infrastructure to support growth. Ellen is a former CEO of a services company and former CFO of public and private companies ranging in size from midcap to $3 billion in revenue, and is a former Fortune 500 CFO. Recently, Ellen was named as one of the Directors to Watch in 2014 in the ninth annual class by Directors and Boards.
