Charlie Kent Named VP of Sales for LenderLive's Settlement Services Division

LenderLive Network Inc. has announced that Charlie Kent has joined the firm as vice president of national sales for the company’s Settlement Services Division. Kent will be responsible for developing new client relationships and supporting existing ones for LenderLive’s Settlement Services Division. He will report directly to Larry Hudnall, senior vice president of LenderLive’s Settlement Services. Kent brings more than 20 years of experience in the title and settlement services, data, analytics, mortgage and servicing industry to LenderLive. Most recently, he was the national account director at First American, where he was entrusted with top-level clients and high-priority accounts. Kent spent the majority of his career with First American, holding a series of high-level executive positions, including senior vice president, national account director and vice president, strategic account director. Previously, he was vice president, national client director at CoreLogic, where he led a team responsible for the top mortgage providers. He began his career at Transamerica MetroScan and then transitioned to TRW/REDI Property Data, which later became First American REIS. “Charlie is a proven business leader and industry veteran with deep experience in the title, lending, default, home equity and servicing industries,” said Joe Mowery, president of LenderLive Settlement Services. “His addition to the team enhances our strong capabilities and commitment to provide clients with solutions that help them control rising costs and remain compliant with current and upcoming new regulations.”
