Stearns Lending Taps John Adam as EVP, Head of Retail Lending
Stearns Lending LLC has announced that John Adam has joined the company as executive vice president, national head of retail lending. Prior to joining Stearns, Adam served as the Northeast sales executive for Bank of America, which included market leadership of the Northeast, Midwest, and mid-Atlantic markets. There, in addition to leading a 500-person integrated retail sales team, he held leadership roles in sales training, product development and organizational/compensation development.
Prior to his tenure at Bank of America, Adam spent 14 years leading and building sales teams throughout the Eastern U.S. for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. While at Wells, he assumed numerous leadership roles in disciplines that included strategy formation, change management, and developing a nationally recognized sales trading curriculum.
