Windermere Real Estate Joins RealtyTrac Network

RealtyTrac has announced that Windermere Real Estate is the newest member of the RealtyTrac Network. Windermere Real Estate, a Seattle-based brokerage with offices that span the entire U.S. Western coast, is now part of the unique, exclusive residential real estate network. Windermere Real Estate was founded in Seattle in 1972 with one office and eight agents. Since then the second-generation, family-run company has grown into the largest regional real estate company in the Western United States with a network of 7,000 agents in 300 offices. In 2013, Windermere closed over 77,000 transactions for more than $25 billion in sales volume.
