Comergence Partners With eAMC on Due Diligence and Screening Offerings
Comergence has announced that it is now providing appraiser due diligence and screening services for eAMC, an appraisal management company based in Troy, Mich. Comergence offers a full suite of hands-on and automated services for screening and compliance monitoring. Comergence will provide its proprietary REALM for Appraisers services to the appraisers who work for eAMC. With REALM for Appraisers, appraisers pay a low annual fee to set up a single online profile that can be shared electronically with any AMCs, and lenders they choose, saving them the time and cost of having to submit themselves to verification every time they want to work with a new partner. Status changes are immediately provided to AMCs and lenders, delivering ongoing insight and the ability to quickly and effectively manage their relationships and keep everyone in compliance. REALM for Appraisers gives AMCs online tools to efficiently and cost-effectively meet all regulatory requirements.
