Comergence has announced that it is now providing appraiser due diligence and screening services for OrderProUSA, an appraisal management company (AMC) based in Kansas City, Missouri. Comergence offers a full suite of hands-on and automated services for screening and compliance monitoring.
Comergence will provide its proprietary REALM for Appraisers services to the appraisers who work for OrderProUSA. Appraisers pay a low annual fee to set up a single online profile that can be shared electronically with any AMCs and lenders they choose, saving them the time and expense of having to submit themselves for verification every time they want to work with a new or existing partner. Status changes are immediately provided to AMCs and lenders, delivering ongoing insight and the ability to effectively manage their relationships and help ensure compliance.
REALM for Appraisers provides AMCs with online tools to efficiently and cost-effectively meet all regulatory requirements.
