ISGN Corporation (ISGN) announced that Milwaukee, Wis.-based Guaranty Bank has selected ISGN’s Web-based, end-to-end default management platform, Tempo. Guaranty Bank is a $1 billion asset, full-service retail bank serving more than 150 branches throughout Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin. ISGN’s Tempo provides Guaranty Bank real-time work queues and reportable communication to help all internal and external parties quickly and efficiently fulfill any required steps to complete a loan. Tempo features a fully customizable workflow engine, enabling Guaranty Bank to change or add tasks at any time throughout the process within one comprehensive system. Additionally, Tempo easily integrates with any attorney network, servicing application or other third party system, helping the bank easily manage loans entering its default pipeline. “Tempo’s real-time work queues have been instrumental in helping Guaranty Bank improve efficiencies in our default management processes without sacrificing quality,” said Garrett O’Reilly, vice president and default manager for Guaranty Bank. “Leveraging one electronic system to house all of our default documents has eliminated the costly delays that occurred with our previous manual processes. Now, anyone involved in the loan process can simply log into Tempo to view the loan status and complete any actions that need to be taken.” O’Reilly continued, “Responsiveness is incredibly important to us. ISGN always provides us the support we need and we value the close relationship we have built with their team. You don’t always get that in this business, so it is nice to know that ISGN is looking out for the institutions that are often overlooked by other vendors.” Paul Imura, CMO and senior executive of ISGN, stated, “In addition to reducing risk and error with less human interaction, Tempo will help Guaranty Bank maintain compliance with applicable regulations by providing a clear view of the servicer’s defaulted loan portfolio and how the loan life cycles are progressing. Tempo’s timeline outliers, process workflow and extensive communication tracking help Guaranty Bank cost-effectively provide a complete picture of all the actions that were taken by the servicer to assist the borrower in retaining their home.” Imura concluded, “Guaranty Bank is a great partner demonstrating that technology advances can significantly improve legacy processes for the benefit of all parties.”
