Mortgage Returns has just partnered up with the Make-a-Wish Foundation in an effort to make a positive impact in the lives of children with life-threatening illness. Mortgage Returns will kick off the endeavor this holiday season by donating three percent of all proceeds from their 2014 holiday card sales to the organization and then do year-round contributions based on a percentage of other sales—plus special promotions.
"Make-A-Wish is a perfect fit for us as we embark on a new era within our organization," said Kim Goldstone, director of marketing for Mortgage Returns. "As we celebrate our 10th anniversary as a company, it was paramount to us that we establish a program that will enable us to make a real, tangible difference in our community. We are inspired by the wishes of these children and we want our success to have a direct positive impact on as many children as possible. Holiday cards is only the beginning for us."
The company will take the partnership into 2015 with special products and promotions all geared toward benefitting the children’s organization that grants wishes for children who are suffering from life-threatening medical conditions.
“We anticipate the holiday card proceeds to be several thousands of dollars going to Make-a-Wish by year’s end. As we evolve, we want the spirit of making a difference to flow through the veins of everything we do,” said Goldstone. “In 2015, we look forward to many promotions that will allow us to deepen our relationship and help even more kids. It’s something we have wanted to do for quite some time.”
