Zillow, Inc. announced that two new industry veterans have joined its growing industry development team: Steve Allen and Chris Keil. Both join as directors of MLS and industry development for Zillow and will focus on growing Zillow's relationships with MLSs and associations around the country. Allen and Keil started at Zillow on August 25.
"Adding these two excellent leaders is a huge win for our industry development team," said Curt Beardsley, Zillow vice president of MLS partnerships and industry development. "They both have years of experience working in the real estate industry, and will be instrumental in engaging with MLSs and associations, and helping us understand their needs. I'm incredibly happy to welcome Steve and Chris to the Zillow team."
Allen joins Zillow from UtahRealEstate.com, where he served as the director of business development for nearly five years and led initiatives in many areas including sales, marketing and relationship management.

Keil most recently served as the director of strategic partnership at HomeFinder.com, where she was responsible for establishing relationships with real estate brokers and MLSs around the country.
