HomeBridge Wholesale Names Two New Regional Sales Managers

HomeBridge Wholesale announced that Kim Lanagan has joined HomeBridge as the regional sales manager for the Midwest/New England Territory. Kim brings over 21 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry to HomeBridge and will focus on expanding and developing the New England/Mid-west market. “I am excited to introduce HomeBridge to the loan officers in these markets, and show them how much HomeBridge has to offer; from excellent customer service, competitive pricing, and a full product spectrum.”  HomeBridge Wholesale has also announced that Brad Smith has joined the company as the regional sales manager of the Southeast Territory. Brad began his mortgage career in 1986 bringing 28 years of experience in which he has successfully assembled and managed both operations and sales teams at the branch, regional, and National level.
