GSF Recognized by USDA for Third Consecutive Year

GSF Mortgage has been recognized as a Guaranteed Rural Housing (GRH) Million Dollar Lender Award recipient by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) for the third consecutive year. The company individually funded in excess of $1 million in GRH loans in order to help them raise more than $450,000,000 during the fiscal year. These loans assisted more than 3,900 households in Wisconsin to purchase a home of their own. This strong partnership with Rural Development helps many rural residents improve their quality of life and strengthen America’s rural economy. “We believe strongly in the GRH program and are pleased to have the ability to offer these benefits to our customers. For many of our borrowers, the GRH program has allowed them to achieve the dream of homeownership that they otherwise would not have been able. Making the list th​ree years in a row is quite an honor for our originators and operations staff and we are already at work to make it a fourth year,” says GSF Mortgage President Chad Jampedro.
