Matt Jenkins Named Pro Teck EVP of Client Relations

Pro Teck Valuation Services announced that Matt Jenkins has been named executive vice president of client relations. Jenkins formerly served as the EVP of operations for Pro Teck. As EVP, client relations, Matt will oversee the department and develop high-level strategic relationships with customers to build on the success the company has had with client expansion and retention. He will work closely with Pro Teck's clients to best understand their needs and business challenges, and will contribute to the development of products and services to best serve them. "We are pleased to announce that Matt is formally taking the reins of our Client Relations and will continue to provide valuable strategic leadership to our business," said Tom O'Grady, CEO of Pro Teck Valuation Services. "Working in partnership with Todd Gerspach, our new Chief Operating Officer, and with our leadership team, Matt will ensure that our growing organization remains customer-centric and focused on exceeding client needs and expectations." Matt joined Pro Teck in 2005 as a staff appraiser and has been promoted throughout his tenure, including having served as the director of strategic accounts. He assumed the role of EVP of operations in 2009, where he had responsibility for overall quality control, vendor management, production, delivery, client management and customer satisfaction. Prior to that, he worked for Fidelity National Financial.
