LRES Promotes Susheel Mantha to CFO Position

LRES has promoted Susheel Mantha to the position of chief financial officer, where she will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities and accounting practices of the company. Additionally, she will identify opportunities for expansion and influence future company growth by directing financial strategy, planning and forecasts. In addition, she is responsible for managing the financial risks of the company and reporting financial performance to the board and LRES shareholders. “It is an honor to increase my role and pursue my passion of financial forecasting and planning for such a visionary company as LRES,” said Mantha. Before accepting the role of CFO, Mantha served as a controller in the accounting department at LRES, where she was responsible for monitoring cash flow and ensuring accurate and timely financial reports. Prior to joining LRES, she served as divisional controller for a large industrial services company where she supervised payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as assisted in the preparation of annual tax returns. “Susheel’s in-depth knowledge of LRES and her broad experience in various accounting roles in the past two decades made her the natural choice for this role,” said Roger Beane, CEO of LRES. “Susheel will continue to have a strong leadership role with our company as she now manages the financial growth and forward-focused direction of LRES.”
