First Bank Mortgage Inks Renewal of Black Knight Financial's Servicing Platform

Oct 15, 2014

Black Knight Financial Services (BKFS) has announced that First Bank Mortgage has signed a three-year contract to continue servicing its mortgage loans on the MSP system, Black Knight's industry-leading mortgage and consumer loan servicing platform. MSP's platform will be used by First Bank Mortgage to manage all of its servicing processes, including loan boarding, payment processing, escrow administration, default management and more. MSP's innovative technology will support First Bank Mortgage's efforts to comply with federal requirements. First Bank Mortgage is a division of First Bank, one of the largest privately owned banks in the country with 130 locations in Missouri, Illinois, Florida and California.

"As a longtime provider for First Bank Mortgage, Black Knight Financial Services has helped us manage our expanding servicing portfolio and support our growth initiatives," said Bill Kusman, president at First Bank Mortgage. "We value the proven stability of Black Knight's servicing system, its reputation for providing support for our compliance requirements, and we look forward to Black Knight's assistance in helping us enhance the consistency and security of our internal processes."

First Bank Mortgage also uses several other Black Knight Financial Services solutions, including Customer CareNet, which gives First Bank Mortgage borrowers instant online access to their mortgage information; Electronic Loan Interface, which automates the loan setup and boarding process; Director, the graphical interface into MSP; Passport, the browser-based ad hoc query solution that accesses loan portfolio data housed on MSP; and iDisburse, a fully-automated check-printing solution for reviewing, printing and auditing disbursements. First Bank Mortgage utilizes an Interactive Response Unit (IVR) that integrates with MSP and allows First Bank Mortgage borrowers instant access to their mortgage information via their phones.

"We value our long-term relationship with First Bank Mortgage, and we are as committed as ever to providing game-changing solutions and exemplary service to support its continuing success," said Joe Nackashi, CIO and president of Black Knight's Servicing Technologies division.
