Norcom Mortgage Expands Into Indiana

Norcom Mortgage has announced that is has received an Indiana-DFI First Lien Mortgage Lending License, which allows the firm to originate loans in the state of Indiana. With the addition of this Indiana lending license, Norcom will now be able to originate loans in 22 states nationwide.

“Expanding our footprint into the state of Indiana is exciting," said Philip DeFronzo, president and CEO of Norcom Mortgage. "Each new state presents us with growth opportunities.”

Norcom Mortgage will continue to expand its footprint across all three of its mortgage channels with this new license, and looks forward to continued growth and the opportunities that the state of Indiana will present.
