RCN Capital Hosts Real Estate Investors Networking Forum
South Windsor, Conn.-based RCN Capital recently hosted its 2nd Northeast Real Estate Investors’ Networking Forum at its company headquarters. The event featured keynote speaker Daren Blomquist, vice president of RealtyTrac, as well as panelists representing the companies of B2R Finance, APEX Mortgage, Navesink River Capital and Emigrant Mortgage Company.
RCN Capital was established in 2010 to provide time-sensitive, interim/bridge financing to real estate investors for the purchase of residential and small-balance commercial properties. RCN offers financing solutions for distressed properties through its Rehab Cash Now loan program, a program that provides funding for the purchase and/or rehabilitation of non-owner occupied (NOO) commercial and residential properties.
