a la mode and National Data Collective Partner on Appraiser Services
Nov 20, 2014

a la mode has announced that National Data Collective (NDC), a provider of property data for real estate professionals, has agreed to integrate its data products with a la mode's full range of appraisal formfilling systems. NDC offers a subscription-based data service to appraisers covering more than 130 million properties in all 50 states, with full property profiles, assessor records, deed history and comparables data. Its products are available on desktop and mobile platforms, with an advanced user interface designed around appraiser efficiency. Foreclosure activity is also available, along with flood information, linked deed histories, and more.

“We’re extremely happy to add a national footprint data provider such as NDC to our growing list of TOTAL integration partners,” said a la mode inc. Founder and Chairman Dave Biggers. “With NDC integrated into our Comps Dashboard management platform via our API, appraisers will have access to the critical information they need, from plat maps to property characteristics, all the way up to comp-specific Digital Workfile notes from other NDC users who’ve shared their first-hand comments on a comp’s characteristics.  With GSE and client scrutiny of comps at unprecedented levels, accurate and timely data is critical, and NDC delivers that admirably.”
