Walz is pleased to return to the company he has called home for 10 of the last 18 years.

“After working with other large banks, lenders and brokers, I can honestly say from my own experience that there is no place like home. It’s heartwarming to have so many of my colleagues welcoming me back," said Walz. "I look forward to offering Embrace’s extensive portfolio of loan products and services in retail settings here in southern New England. Embrace Home Loans is a company of highly trained professionals that truly care about making everyone’s American Dream of homeownership come true.”

Corvino's experience includes both commercial and residential loan origination for Cecil Bank. Born in Hornell, N.Y. and raised in Rising Sun, Md., Corvino graduated from the Lincoln Technical Institute in Baltimore.

“The enthusiasm shared by the team to get the job done, and done well, really impressed me," said Corvino. "That, along with the availability of FHA and jumbo products allows me to offer my clients more options when it comes to purchasing a new home or refinancing.”

Embrace has also added Jeffery Daniels to the company's Franklin, Tenn. branch as a senior loan officer. Daniels brings more than 20 years of experience in home loans, most recently with Reliant Bank Mortgage.

“Embrace is passionate about serving each individual customer as if they were family.” Daniels said. “Embrace’s think outside the box attitude, particularly when it comes to finding the loan that best meets the unique needs of a particular customer.”

Embrace has also added Jeff Tramel as a senior loan officer at their recently opened Franklin, Tenn. branch. His responsibilities include originating and processing residential mortgage loans. Prior to joining Embrace, Tramel spent several years with the Mortgage Division at Regions Bank.

Embrace has also announced the hiring of Michael Abbott as mortgage loan officer in Embrace's newest branch in Franklin, Tenn. Abbott’s experience includes branch manager for retail banking in both Franklin and Nashville, as well as mortgage loan experience, most recently with U.S. Bank Home Mortgage.

“Being able to sell loans is only a small part of this business," said Abbott. "To be your most successful, you really need a solid team backing you that can help deliver on the customer service expectations we’ve set for our customers. It was critical to me that I partnered with someone who held this as a high priority. Embrace shares this priority and has been responsive and open to adapting processes to better fit our market, and proactive in obtaining competitive products for our team.”
