NewOak has announced the opening of new offices in Atlanta; Boston and Irvine, Calif. The new offices extend NewOak’s reach in the Northeast, Southeast and Southern California regions and help support its best-in-class mortgage credit underwriting services and client relations nationally as well as in these key markets. By adding to the company’s existing offices in New York; Dallas and Danbury, Conn., the expansion reflects NewOak's desire to source, retain and train local credit talent in well-resourced regional offices.

The immediate focus is to expand its specialist team in the mortgage and consumer credit services fields in order to meet the growing demand for forensic underwriting, quality assurance, and compliance reviews. The professional teams in each office are connected and integrated through NewOak's cloud-based OpenRisk work-flow process management infrastructure to deliver consistent work products and services across a wide variety of assignments regardless of location.

“It was only a matter of time before we expanded into Atlanta, Boston and Southern California,” said Cassie Kulzer, managing director of human resources and office management for NewOak. “We had leadership on the ground in each location and as we were recruiting candidates for our expanding Credit Services business, it was evident that these were hotbeds of talent. We couldn’t be happier with the new offices, locations and most importantly the talented teams of professionals occupying the spaces.”

Chad Burhance, a NewOak partner and head of the company's Credit Services Division, said, “NewOak remains committed to leveraging an optimal blend of professional skills, process-flow management, proprietary technology and quality assurance in delivering the highest level of services in the credit risk and mortgage space. Our national expansion strategy supports this.”
