PRMI Adds Five to Its Baltimore Team

Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. (PRMI) has announced that five new members have joined the Baltimore team, bringing a combined total of 50 years of loan origination experience.
“We could not be more pleased to welcome this group of talented and dedicated mortgage professionals to the PRMI team,” said David Zitting, founder and CEO of PRMI. “Their presence not only expands PRMI’s Mid-Atlantic reach, but also enhances our ability to serve customers throughout the region.”
The new Baltimore team members include:
Jeff Gunther joins PRMI as branch manager. With more than 14 years of industry experience, Gunther previously served as a loan officer with Prosperity Home Mortgage. Throughout his career, Gunther has focused on educating homebuyers about the mortgage process in order to help them make smart financial decisions. His list of expertise includes working with first-time homebuyers, FHA and VA home loans, conventional financing, jumbo financing and move-up financing. As a result, Gunther has also established a reputation among Realtors, CPAs and financial advisers across the state of Maryland as a trusted consultant in matters related to mortgage and refinancing strategies. He is a graduate of Towson University in Baltimore, Md.
George Kuda is a senior mortgage specialist with PRMI. Over the past eight year, he has established a reputation as a knowledgeable mortgage professional who is extremely responsive to clients. Kuda previously served with Prosperity Home Mortgage.
Chad Piunti joins PRMI as a loan officer. In addition to working directly with homebuyers, Piunti works with Realtors, CPAs, attorneys and financial advisors across the state to offer mortgage financing and consultation services. He previously served with Prosperity Home Loans. Piunti is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Va.
Krena Falen is an executive loan coordinator with PRMI, and Andrea Pasco joins PRMI as a loan processor. For more than a decade, Falen and Pasco have been the driving force behind the systems and processes that have made the team a statewide success. Their efforts not only ensure that customers receive the highest level of service, but have also resulted in numerous service awards.
According to Gunther, the team’s move to PRMI allows them to leverage the benefits of being aligned with a national company, such as having access to a broader range of loan programs. Additionally, PRMI’s flexibility and local underwriting allows them to help more local clients realize their dreams of homeownership.
“Another benefit of joining PRMI is access to state-of-the art operations and client interfacing technology,” said Piunti. “This real estate technology is beyond impressive, and it will help us take our client service to the next level.”
