Robert Brockerman Joins GSF Mortgage Branch in Sunshine State

Feb 12, 2015

GSF Mortgage has announced the addition of Robert Brockerman to its team as a loan officer in Florida where he will be working under Ruth Watkins, branch manager. Brockerman is a veteran of the United States Army. He was in the 1st Armored Division where he trained in combat, artillery and nuclear weapons. He received an honorable discharge. After, Brockerman entered the exotic car industry and specialized in auto loans for 20 years. He started his own business and came to the conclusion that everyone who has a Ferrari or Rolls Royce would need a nice home to keep their car, so he decided to transition into the mortgage business and offer home loans to his client base.

Brockerman believes that honesty is always the best policy. Every customer should have a pleasurable experience throughout the loan process. He enjoys staying in contact with his customers and many of them have become great friends over the years.

“Bob has had many years helping buyers with their homeownership needs. He’s also a licensed real estate agent and specializes in conventional and VA loans,” said Watkins.
