GSF Mortgage Adds Nicole Vaughan as LO
GSF Mortgage has added Nicole Vaughan as mortgage loan originator in the company's Hypoluxo, Fla. branch. She comes with nine years of experience and will work under Robert Scolnick, branch manager. Vaughan has more than 20 years providing services within her community. She began her career working for non-profit organizations where she assisted both adolescents and senior citizens. Vaughan wanted to continue to help people in her community, so when her husband opened his own real estate company, she decided to transition into the mortgage industry. This was a good fit for her because she was able to assist families with their dreams of homeownership. She specializes in helping first time homebuyers, FHA loans and conventional loans.
Vaughan has worked with charities such as City of Port St. Lucie, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Woman In Distress of Broward County, Girl Scouts of Broward County, United Way of Broward County and Woman’s Way and Volunteer Broward.
“We are pleased to welcome Nicole to our team. She is a seasoned Florida mortgage banker who brings multiple sources of new business to our branch. Her vast marketing experience and numerous contacts will help to bring GSF Mortgage-Hypoluxo to the next level. We hope to help extend our footprint with her knowledge,” said Scolnick, branch manager.
