McLean Mortgage Continues Corporate Expansion

McLean Mortgage Corporation has announced that it is continuing to expand within the company’s footprint through the addition of several new offices from Frederick, Md. to Huntersville, N.C. Recently, McLean Mortgage celebrated its seventh anniversary while focusing within a defined geographical area ranging from Maryland to North Carolina.

“We feel privileged that we have been able to grow organically through referrals, which has enabled us to continue to build upon our culture of excellence in service delivery and teamwork,” said Nathan Burch, McLean Mortgage’s president.

The new locations the company is adding include:

Maryland: McLean’s newest Maryland branch is located at 5283 Corporate Drive in Frederick, Md. The branch manager is Darren Chamblee who has more than two decades of origination and management experience in the mortgage industry. Darren is a graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in finance. 

Washington, D.C.: The company’s District of Columbia Office is located downtown at 1330 U Street NW. The branch is managed by Scott Davis who has nearly two decades of experience within the finance industry. During his career he has received several production and leadership awards and Scott has resided in Washington for the past three decades. 

Virginia: McLean’s newest Virginia Branch is located at 4820 Southpoint Drive within the Cosner’s Corner area of Fredericksburg, Va. The branch manager, Todd Call, comes to McLean Mortgage with over a decade of experience in the residential mortgage industry. He grew up in a Fredericksburg mortgage family as his dad also was a mortgage banker for over 40 years—making him a second generation residential mortgage specialist. 

North Carolina: Recently, McLean Mortgage expanded its presence within the Charlotte area with an additional office in the Huntersville area at 16325 Northcross Drive. Gabe Libutti is the branch manager of this location. A long-time veteran of almost two decades, Gabe has managed several mortgage operations within the Charlotte and Lake Norman areas and is a graduate of Dickinson College in Pennsylvania.
