LoanLogics Promotes Terese Campbell to SVP of Operational Excellence
LoanLogics has named Terese L. Campbell senior vice president of operational excellence, due to increasing client base and SLA requirements. In her new role, she will be responsible for the management of the forensic underwriting team and the quality control (QC) audit division that supports client reporting and transaction management of all pre-close, pre-purchase and post-close quality control and due diligence transactions on both a bulk and flow basis.
“Terese has proven that she has the background, know-how, and sophisticated understanding of people, process and technology required to deliver forensic underwriting, quality control and other services that help clients improve loan quality, ascertain the root cause of loan defects and leverage the value they derive from our technology,” said Brian K. Fitzpatrick, president and CEO of LoanLogics. “She has rich experience in leading cross functional project teams targeting underwriting efficiency, processing productivity and customer service and is therefore the ideal person to represent to our clients a corporate culture that’s focused on excellent products, services and people."
Campbell will be responsible for the success of and enhancements to the LoanHD platform-based loan quality managed service solutions. She will oversee pre- and post-close quality control and quality assurance, forensic underwriting and due diligence, mortgage risk analysis, consulting services and more. She will also ensure that enhancements to existing technology and new products are implemented and deployed expertly and on schedule.
Prior to her expanded role, Campbell served as SVP of product management, where she oversaw the development of innovations that address market problems and deliver competitive advantages to lenders and business partners.
Before joining LoanLogics, Campbell spent more than 20 years at PHH Mortgage, where she served most recently as vice president of credit and operational risk. While at PHH, she led the development and implementation of several critical software applications that span the lifecycle of the mortgage process. Also, Campbell is experienced in production operations and operational risk management. Over the course of her tenure at PHH, she gained a reputation for leading successful technology projects that enabled the company to grow from a small start-up to a top national lending institution. She also was trained by PHH as a Six Sigma Blackbelt and applies those principles in process improvement and QC.
