National residential mortgage lender PrimeLending has announced that Dan Yribar has joined PrimeLending as Tucson branch manager. Dan is joining to expand the company's reach into Southern Arizona by opening PrimeLending's first full service branch in Tucson, Ariz.

"I am very excited to join PrimeLending and roll-out the company's exceptional One-Time Close construction loan and extensive renovation loan portfolio in the Tucson market," said Yribar. "With PrimeLending's simple builder registration process and the ability to lend on everything from an escrow hold-back for a new pool to a luxury custom new home build, we will soon be the lender of choice for small to mid-size builders in Southern Arizona."

With more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Dan has held positions as a processor, a wholesale representative, a loan originator—where he ranked among the Top 200 Originators in the country for several consecutive years—a branch manager, and most recently as a regional manager with Fairway Independent Mortgage. Dan's entire 25 year career has been in the mortgage banking industry, beginning with his first job at Chase in 1990. Dan moved to Arizona in 1986 to attend the University of Arizona and ultimately made Tucson his home.

"Dan brings an extraordinary breadth of experience and infectious enthusiasm to the PrimeLending family," Dawn Robinson, senior vice president of PrimeLending. "We look for servant leaders who understand the industry and have a track record of growing profitable branches, and Dan is a perfect fit."

Dan, an Honorary Commander for Davis Monthan Air Force Base, is joined at PrimeLending by his wife, Heidi Yribar, former VP of marketing for Fairway, who will now serve in the capacity of production manager for PrimeLending in Tucson. Heidi will support Dan's loan origination team in its marketing and sales efforts.
