New Penn Financial has announced the hiring of Don Degli as sales manager in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. Degli has experience managing loan officers for more than 20 years in the state of Florida, and also has a background as an investment counselor. He has averaged more than $20 million in annual loan originations.

“I chose New Penn because they are a direct lender with Fannie and Freddie,” Degli said. “They also offer their own portfolio of jumbo loan products, and well as a foreign national program.”

Tony Giglio, New Penn’s vice president of retail originations, said, “Florida is such an important state to New Penn, and really to the entire housing market. With someone of Don’s reputation, working with New Penn’s portfolio of products, I have strong confidence that we’re going to see consistent growth.”
