Mortgage Network Inc., d/b/a MNET Mortgage Corp. in New Jersey, has opened a new branch office in North Wildwood, N.J. Like other Mortgage Network branch offices, the North Wildwood branch will focus on helping borrowers in the area with their home financing needs, offering a full range of mortgage products, including conventional, non-conventional, government and reverse residential mortgage loans.

The North Wildwood office will be led by T.J. Hildebrand, a mortgage industry veteran with 11 years of experience in the Cape May County area. Previously, Hildebrand served as branch manager for Aurora Financial Group. He lives in Wildwood Crest with his wife and one-year-old son.

“Because of our broad range of mortgage products, we are always looking to serve new markets where borrowers need more options,” said Brian Koss, Mortgage Network executive vice president. “We chose T.J. to manage our North Wildwood branch because of his strong industry knowledge and experience helping residents in the community with their home financing needs.”

“I am delighted to be joining Mortgage Network, which has a well-deserved reputation for great customer service,” Hildebrand said. “The mortgage industry has seen a lot of changes in the past few years, and lenders must follow strict rules to make sure every loan is in the borrower’s best interest. I know Mortgage Network has the support, training and technology to deliver. The New Jersey shore real estate market continues to improve, with recent price and sales trends on the upswing. The Jersey Shore is still one of the best places to live and vacation. However, it’s important for borrowers to have a mortgage resource they know they can trust, as well as someone who understands the unique needs of the local area.”
