Carmen Alailima Named Inside Regional Sales Manager for Carrington Mortgage Services’ Wholesale Lending Division

The Wholesale Lending Division of Carrington Mortgage Services LLC has announced the appointment of Carmen Alailima to the position of inside regional sales manager of its Wholesale West Division in Henderson, Nev. Under her direction, the Henderson location will focus on continued growth and providing expanded product offerings to the surrounding area to meet market demand.

With more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry, Alailima will apply her proven expertise in recruitment, training and management to continue Henderson’s growth as a top producing manager and ensure the Carrington team delivers the best broker experience for their customer and real estate partners. She joins Carrington from First Mortgage Corporation where she was responsible for the direct oversight of account executives and staff. Alailima began her career with First Mortgage as Operations Manager, launching the Wholesale Division for the company using her strong operational skills to quickly move the business to profitability.
