Sep 25, 2015

RPM Mortgage Inc. has promoted Sue Weaver to the role of Seattle regional sales manager. Weaver has been in the mortgage business for more than 25 years and joined RPM as a loan advisor in May of 2015. Weaver started her career at M&T Bank where she was the sales manager for the last five years of her 15-year tenure. She then moved to Cobalt Mortgage and built a solid team with an average annual production of $50 million per year.

In her new role, Weaver will be in charge of the Seattle metro market for all origination activities, growth, financial management, team assessment, sales and marketing improvement, while gaining efficiencies around all functions of the origination process.

“I am honored and privileged to be named Seattle regional sales manager of RPM Mortgage," said Weaver. "I am very excited about our future in the Seattle markets and look forward to making a contribution to the company’s continued success."

“I look forward to seeing Sue take on her new role as Seattle regional sales manager. Sue’s work ethic and client service levels are exemplary, making her an excellent cultural fit for RPM,” said Rob Hirt, CEO of RPM Mortgage. “I am extremely excited about our future in the Seattle markets.”
