Mid America Mortgage Inc. Owner and Chief Executive Officer Jeff Bode has announced that John Rhode has joined the company as an account executive in the Wholesale and Correspondent Lending Division. Rhode brings 24 years of wholesale lending experience to Mid America, and will be focused on the metro-Chicago area and surrounding markets.

“John has always been a top-producer with technical depth and above all, is a great guy,” said Adam Rieke, national director of TPO lending for Mid America. “As Mid America continues to expand its footprint in the Chicago area, John’s invaluable years of mortgage lending experience will be an asset to this endeavor.”

Prior to joining Mid America, Rhode served in sales, operations and management positions for a variety of mortgage lenders, most recently including Pacific Union Financial, The Advantage Group and Sierra Pacific Mortgage Corporation. He also holds a Series 7 license, in addition to a bachelor of arts degree in business administration from Lisle, Ill.-based Jesuit college Benedictine University.
