Waterstone Mortgage has announced that the company has expanding in the Georgia market with a new location in Atlanta.

“Atlanta is perfect for our industry since there are no barriers to the city’s growth,” said Waterstone Mortgage Atlanta Branch Manager Jeff Goddard. “Fortune 500 companies are moving here continuously, we have great schools and universities, and we don’t have just one industry–we’re very diverse.”

Known as The Jasmine Team, the group of mortgage professionals at the Waterstone Mortgage Atlanta office operates under the leadership of Goddard and Jasmine Krnjetin, a mortgage banker with more than 14 years of loan origination experience. The Jasmine Team has been working together for several years, but was drawn to Waterstone Mortgage because of the company’s superior technology and welcoming employees.

“We are so impressed with the people here at Waterstone,” Goddard said. “We have been blown away by how helpful, dedicated, and knowledgeable everyone is here. Waterstone has an amazing culture of kindness and diligence.”

The Waterstone Mortgage executive team also has high hopes for the newly established Atlanta branch.

“Jeff and Jasmine, along with the rest of their team, will be key contributors to our growth in Georgia. We only select a small percentage of people who wish to join our company, and we have big plans for them,” said Waterstone Mortgage Chief Operations  Officer Kevin Gillespie. “Jeff and Jasmine’s team knows how to deliver world class service, and they came highly recommended to us from several people in the Realtor community. We are fortunate, proud, and excited to have them join Waterstone Mortgage.”
