Mortgage professional Jason Factor has joined Mortgage Network Inc. as a loan officer in the company’s Burlington, Mass. branch office where he will be responsible for serving homebuyers and homeowners in the greater Boston area and throughout the state.

Factor brings more than 10 years of professional customer service experience to Mortgage Network, during which time he has developed strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and match them with the right investment opportunities. A current resident of the Medford-Somerville area, Factor is actively involved with the Boston University Alumni Community and maintains strong ties within many of the metropolitan Boston neighborhoods.

“Passionate, knowledgeable mortgage professionals like Jason are reason why Mortgage Network maintains such high customer satisfaction ratings,” said Billy Pierce, manager of the company’s Burlington branch office. “I’m certain Jason will be a big part of our continued success.”

Factor said he is eager to collaborate with local referral partners to provide borrowers with a top-quality lending experience—something he originally experienced firsthand as a Mortgage Network customer.

“As a borrower, the Mortgage Network team helped me navigate the lending process with confidence,” Factor said. “I am thrilled to bring my expertise to an organization with an excellent reputation for responsive customer service. I look forward to helping my customers meet their mortgage and refinancing needs and ensuring they enjoy the same stress-free lending experience I did.”
