GSF Mortgage Adds New MLO

GSF Mortgage has added Dean Machikas as mortgage loan originator in Baltimore, joining GSF with more than 20 years of experience as a self-employed subcontractor for new homes. He also obtained his real estate license in 2008 and has experience in real estate investing with buying, rehabbing and selling homes. Upon recently moving to the Baltimore area, Machikas decided to get involved in the lending side of the business. It was a natural progression as he knows the industry well and has been privy to the changes in all facets of the financial industry.

Due to his background, Machikas is always in the self-employed mindset. He works around the clock and on weekends in order to provide his customers and Realtor partners with a quick response.

“We welcome Dean to GSF Mortgage Corp to assist in our continued efforts to empower our community with homeownership and financial freedom,” said Stephen Trye, GSF branch manager.
