Jane Gershman Joins First Guaranty Mortgage as National Servicing Director

First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation (FGMC) has named Jane Gershman as its national servicing director. Gershman was previously senior vice president, Servicing Operations for SunTrust. Prior roles of Jane's include: Senior vice president of the Loss Mitigation Division at ServiceLink; executive vice president of Loan Servicing Operations for CITI Residential Lending (formerly AMC Mortgage Services), where she also held the positions of SVP of Loan Servicing, president of the AMC Insurance Agency, and president of Town & Country Trustee Services; and Countrywide Home Loans, where she also held the positions of first VP of Risk Asset Management, First VP of Loss Mitigation, VP of Loss Mitigation, VP of Investor Compliance, Bankruptcy and Field Services; and Call Center & Collections Operations Manager.

Gershman has served as a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Loan Administration Advisory Committee; Mortgage Advisory Board, Black Night Financial Services; Advisory Board, MERS; and, Advisory Member, CoreLogic Escrow Advisory Council.
