In early November, the Mastermind Summit was held at the Borgata Resort in Atlantic City with more than 2,000 on-hand. The Mastermind Summit helps real estate agents and mortgage originators create stable, healthy, personally fulfilling businesses by implementing the turnkey strategies, predictable real estate systems, and marketing secrets generating results for the nation’s top producers.

Keynote speeches by Tony Robbins and Barbara Corcoran highlighted the event. But, there were also numerous other professionals who presented. During the event, top real estate agents, coaches and CEOs took the stage to share how to reach their highest level of success.

On Day Two, Marc Demetriou, branch manager at Residential Home Funding (RHF), presented a keynote discussion on the topic of how to build an incredibly successful referral-based business. Marc was again on stage for Days Three and Four of the event to share his innovative marketing ideas and strategies.

"RHF is an awesome place to work,” said Demetriou. “They truly enable the mortgage professional with the ability to get a loan done. A great back end support team assists in expediting the process. RHF exemplifies the concept of ‘team.’"

"For as incredibly talented as Marc is, he is quite humble,” said Frank Kuri, senior VP of branch development for Residential Home Funding. “When he says the process is a team effort, he is correct. But, he certainly plays a major part of the team as the branch manager. Marc has no ownership stake in the company, but with how much he cares about his clients, co-workers, and peers, you would think he does. If you asked me who exemplifies the RHF ideals, I'd tell you it's Marc."
