Motive Lending has announced that the company has been selected by The Orange County Register as a "Top Workplace" in Orange County, Calif. Companies earning a spot on the Top Workplaces program were selected based solely on employee feedback received via an independent survey developed and conducted by Workplace Dynamics. Workplace Dynamics specializes in organizational health and employee engagement.

This is the first year Motive Lending has been honored on The Orange County Register's Top Workplaces list. Motive opened their Irvine office in December of 2013 and has grown to more than 140 employees with $2.5 billion-plus funded wholesale mortgage volume since inception.

"We are privileged to be among the Top Workplaces in Orange County. To see the fruition of the culture we have worked so hard to produce is simply amazing, and I am thankful to every associate who has made this the best place to work," said Cory Tona, executive vice president of Motive Lending. "As our company continues our incredible growth and expansion nationwide, we know and recognize our employees are our greatest asset. Being a top workplace is solely based on our employees feedback, which makes it even more effectual.”
