Leo Spanuello Joins GSF Mortgage to Help Grow Midwest Region

GSF Mortgage has announced that Leo Spanuello has been named regional manager in GSF's Brookfield, Wis. branch office

GSF Mortgage has announced that Leo Spanuello has been named regional manager in GSF's Brookfield, Wis. branch office. Leo joins GSF with 22 years of experience and has been involved in every facet of the industry, including working as a mortgage loan originator, running a wholesale and correspondent division, working for a title company and working 12 years as a regional manager.

Spanuello chose to join GSF Mortgage due to the culture and leadership that the company’s president, Chad Jampedro evokes. He finds the company has high integrity and to be forward-thinking.

As regional manager, Spanuello will be responsible for growing GSF Mortgage’s presence in the Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin areas. He feels that the company is in a good position for growth due to it servicing their loans in-house, having a diversified group and being a privately held company. In order to help increase the company’s footprint, he will continue to do the things that he has already found to be successful: staying visible and being involved in the industry and associations. He has been an active member of the Mortgage Banker’s Association for the past 20 years.

“I am so pleased to have an opportunity to work closely with Leo.  I have always admired him, his professionalism and commitment to the mortgage lending industry.  Leo is a great addition to GSF and I am excited for what we can accomplish together,” said Jampedro.
