GSF Mortgage has added Michael Paplaczyk as branch manager in Tampa, Fla., joining the company with 25 years of experience in the financial services industry

GSF Mortgage has added Michael Paplaczyk as branch manager in Tampa, Fla., joining the company with 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including insurance, investment and mortgage origination. Due to his extensive financial background, transitioning into the mortgage industry was a natural fit.

In order to continue to grow his business, Paplaczyk plans to re-establish and build relationships with the financial planners that he worked with prior. He also plans to develop relationships with real estate agents as the industry is shifting towards a purchase market. Paplaczyk also believes in staying involved in his community. He does charity work, community service and has recently joined the Clearwater Rotery Club. At closing, he donates a $100 contribution on behalf of his borrowers to a charity of their choice.

“Michael brings growth opportunities to GSF Mortgage," said GSF Mortgage Regional Manager Mike Maida. "His connections, as well as his deep roots within his community, are the cornerstones for his success. He is a welcomed addition to our family."
