Lisa Patterson Joins Home Point Financial as Senior Managing Director of Third-Party Lending

Home Point Financial Corporation has announced that Lisa Patterson has joined the company as senior managing director of Third-Party Lending

Home Point Financial Corporation has announced that Lisa Patterson has joined the company as senior managing director of Third-Party Lending. In conjunction with Home Point's new national operations center, Lisa will focus on continued growth in the third party channel through developing a superior operations team, top sales staff and innovative solutions.    

“Lisa has a wealth of knowledge and experience building and managing both production and operations teams," said Home Point CEO Willie Newman. "She has a history of success and brings an enhanced level of leadership to our third party line of business. Adding Lisa will strengthen the foundation we’ve been building for the past year."

Patterson has more than 25 years of experience, including executive positions at CitiMortgage (formerly ABN AMRO) and Cole Taylor Mortgage, where she was senior viice president of operations. She has managed operations teams of up to 350 people and nationally-ranked wholesale sales teams in her previous positions.

“We are excited for Lisa to join our team to help grow our third-party platform and strengthen our broker relationships,” said Maria Fregosi, chief strategy officer.

In April, Home Point announced the acquisition of Maverick Funding Corp and certain Great Plains National Bank mortgage origination branches and operations.
