Top Vine Mortgage Services LLC has announced the addition of Ellen Hecht as senior loan consultant for the company's Watchung, N.J. location.

Hecht has more than 15 years of experience in the banking industry and earned her degree from Indiana University Bloomington. Prior to handling residential loans, Hecht worked for the State of NJ–Criminal Division for nearly 30 years.
