Bowen is experienced at originating and processing conventional, non-conventional, government and reverse residential mortgage loans. A York County native, she attended Dallastown Area High School and graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in communications and public relations with a minor in marketing. In her free time, Bowen is actively involved as a figure skating and power skating coach at the York City Ice Arena.

“Cari has a strong understanding of the local market and the needs of younger buyers in particular,” said Kevin Downs, manager of Mortgage Network’s York branch office. “Given her extensive contacts in the community and her ability to connect with borrowers and identify their financial goals, I’m confident Cari will be a huge contributor to the success of our branch.”

“I’m elated to be joining Mortgage Network, which has amazing customer service and a wide selection of mortgage products,” Bowen said. “I look forward to serving my neighbors with their purchase mortgage and refinancing needs.”
