Stonegate Mortgage Corporation has announced that Timothy Verinder has been named Southwest regional manager

Stonegate Mortgage Corporation has announced that Timothy Verinder has been named Southwest regional manager. In this role, he will lead the Southwest Region’s third-party origination (TPO) sales teams, selling products in all three TPO channels–broker, non-delegated and bulk mandatory. He will report directly to Scott Houp.

“As Stonegate Mortgage strives to be the lender of choice in the TPO channel, Tim Verinder will bring a fresh perspective and critical leadership skills to the company and our originations business,” said Steve Landes, Stonegate Mortgage national director of sales.

Verinder has 20 years’ experience in the mortgage industry. Most recently, he worked as regional vice president, TPO sales manager at ResMac. Previously, he served as vice president, TPO sales manager at Flagstar Bank and as an account executive in Bank of America’s Wholesale Mortgage Channel. He brings to this role extensive managerial skills and mortgage industry knowledge.

“I’m looking forward to leading the Southwest region as Stonegate Mortgage expands its footprint as a leader in the mortgage industry,” said Verinder. “It is an exciting time to play a role in this ever-changing space as customer needs continue to shift and more technology becomes available to streamline the process of acquiring and financing a mortgage.”
