MLO Timothy Blackford Joins GSF Mortgage

GSF Mortgage has added Timothy Blackford as a mortgage loan originator located in Naples, Fla. Although, he is new to the mortgage industry, he brings 25 years of outside business-to-business sales experience to GSF, where he has worked with clients in the mortgage and real estate industry. GSF Mortgage Branch Manager Michael Paplaczyk, has known him since childhood and knew he would be a natural asset to his team.

Blackford is looking forward to building up the Naples region through his established contacts with real estate agents, banking professionals, former clients and friends.

“Tim is a gentleman with an extremely high amount of integrity and believes in the Golden Rule: treat people as you would want to be treated,” says Paplaczyk.
