ResMac, Inc. Adds Three to Its Correspondent and Wholesale Channel

ResMac, Inc. has added three business development and sales executives to its Correspondent and Wholesale Channels. “As industry veterans, our newest team members bring a wealth of experience to their respective markets. We have anticipated and prepared for this next level of expansion, and are well-positioned to maintain a high service level as we continue to strive to be the ‘Lender of Choice’ in today’s marketplace,” said Greg Lutin, senior VP of Third-Party Origination.

The three newly hired Executives to join Resmac’s Third Party Origination team include:

Paul M. Perez, vice president, regional sales manager (Chicago Based), Paul M. Perez is an award-winning divisional/regional sales manager and recognized industry leader with a track record of bringing new brands to market. Over the course of his 25 years in wholesale lnding, Paul has successfully brought multiple new lenders to markets on a national level including Loan America, Flagstar Bank and Kinecta Federal Credit Union and has assisted in numerous capacities to successfully establish and promote these companies to great success. Paul has hired and developed successful sales teams, managed fulfillment centers and expanded into new markets, accomplishing countless milestones. He has a proven vision and brings all types of personalities together creating a like- minded business culture.

►Jay McArthur, senior account executive (Texas): A graduate of University of Mississippi Jay started his career at Flagstar Bank in the account executive sales training program working his way up the ranks to become a successful account executive in Texas working closely with established correspondent and wholesale broker customers throughout the state of Texas. In addition, Jay was instrumental in facilitating new warehouse lines of credit for brokers transitioning to correspondent lending.

Reed Schenk, account executive (California): Reed Schenk has more than 25 years of sales and sales management experience. Working in the information technology, real estate and mortgage lending sectors, Reed has held positions as senior account executive, mortgage loan originator, regional sales manager and area manager. Reed has been a licensed real estate broker since 2008, held 14 individual state licenses as a mortgage loan originator, and has been working as a wholesale and correspondent account executive for the past several years. Reed has always exceeded his sales production goals and been regarded as a top-performing sales professional.
