Silver Hill Funding, a division of Bayview Loan Servicing LLC, has announced the addition of two new small-balance experts to the company’s sales representative team, as Kelly Smutek and William Martinelli have joined the company to further develop their growing small-balance commercial deals in the Northeast Region.

“We are pleased to welcome Kelly and Bill aboard as the company expands nationwide,” said Michael Boggiano, senior vice president and national sales manager for Silver Hill Funding. “Their extensive backgrounds in the residential and commercial mortgage industry will be beneficial to our company and to brokers looking to diversify their mortgage business.”

Smutek comes to Silver Hill with two decades of mortgage lending experience, the majority of which has been focused in cultivating relationships with both commercial and residential mortgage brokers. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in financial products and lending.

“I am eager to bring my experience and enthusiasm to Silver Hill Funding and look forward to securing funding for small business owners and investors,” Smutek said.

Martinelli’s three decades of residential and commercial mortgage lending experience make him an important asset at Silver Hill and an invaluable resource for brokers looking to grow their business with small-balance commercial mortgages.

"I look forward to working with Silver Hill Funding and helping bring back small-balance commercial lending to the Northeast," Martinelli said.
