Bay Equity Home Loans Welcomes Back LO Todd Struyk

Mar 02, 2016
Carrie Parker has been named senior loan officer for the team at the St. George, Utah branch of Bay Equity Home Loans

Bay Equity Home Loans welcomes back Todd Struyk as a loan officer in San Diego. It’s a homecoming of sorts for Struyk, as he worked for Cal Pacific as a loan officer from 1999 to 2009; before it became a division of Bay Equity. Struyk has been involved in the San Diego housing industry for more than two decades. He was a real estate agent for six years before turning to loan origination in 1998, serving the last seven years in executive roles.

Struyk’s reputation garnered him San Diego magazine’s Top Mortgage Professional Award in 2012 and has earned Five Star Mortgage Professional designation for the past five consecutive years. He made the Scotsman Guide list of the Top 225 originators in the country.

“Bay Equity is the most dynamic and successful group of lending professionals in Southern California,” Struyk said. “It’s a great platform from which I will continue help people move into their dream homes and secure their financial futures.”
